Change title in ActionBar

I'm making an app that has a Sliding Tab, that little screen that you slide to the side it has several screens. This is working and even when I change Tab, in the listener that detects the change I call Activity and change the title of ActionBar, it works, but my doubt is the smoother transition effect in the title change. It is occurring abruptly, in the beginning, I wanted to know how to put a fade in this exchange to stay more smooth as I have seen in other app. Anyone know?
