Error when starting a new project Xamarin

I recently installed Visual Studio 2017 and everything works fine. Since yesterday I try to create a new Xamarin project and I get the following message:

So far the only solution I found on the internet, said to uninstall Nuget and reinstall it, but in my VS nor does Nuget appear to uninstall = > link
