Corrupted LaTeX file

0

I use TexStudio (LaTeX) and today I worked all day in a chapter of my thesis.

I stopped the night now, and when I came back, I put it to save again before exporting to the cloud and my external hard drive, but suddenly the computer erased.

I called again, he came back, but my chapter I wrote is 31 kb in size and appears blank. I do not know what else to do, any suggestions so that I do not lose my job?

I'm on Windows 8.1

According to this topic in TeXExchange TexStudio does not save temporary copies of your file ( Even this option exists but incredible that it seems it is disabled by default), that is, you have to press to save regularly.

To activate it, go to Configure TexStudio -> Advanced Editor -> Special Options -> Auto Save All Files (See that by default it is in Never)

Anotheroption, whichIevenusedinmyTCC,istouse ShareLatex . There's also Overleaf but he bought ShareLatex and now they're one company.
