I downloaded the SQL Server ISO file, I mounted it and at the time of clicking setup.exe this error occurs.

Apparently a problem in your ISO, try downloading again from another computer. Try putting the ISO in a different way too.

You can investigate further in SQL Server installation logs . In SQL Server 2016 this log is available in %programfiles%\ Microsoft SQL Server0\Setup Bootstrap\Log
