How to have your site featured on the right side on Google

I searched for the term "brainstorm9" on Google, and I noticed that Google highlighted the right side of the page for the G + page on the site. I thought there was only Wikipedia information.

My question is: Do I need to change something on <head> of my page, include some meta so that my own page in G + appears there? Or does Google do it yourself?

To appear there, you need pay Google for the privilege . The service is called AdWords.
