Eclipse menus are gone

I've updated Eclipse with some plugins and all the menus are gone, I can not open anything, absolutely nothing!

How can I resolve this?

Clears all workspace settings.

  • Exit eclipse
  • Remove the .metadata folder
  • Reopen the eclipse.
  • If it is a configuration of your workspace, it will be removed. Otherwise, try removing the installed plugins.

Try typing "Perspective" in Quick Access, preferably choose "Java" (Perspective).

In "Quick Access" you can type "Customize Perspective" and then a window with a few tabs will open, in one of them you can configure the visibility of the Tool bars, in another the visibility of the Menus. my Juno Eclipse that is in English, okay?
