I have a project for a supermarket online and my client wants only those who reside within the city in which he owns this supermarket can apply. He has problems since he already has this supermarket using opencart and there is always a request from out of town and even out of state. Is there any way to limit so that only the IP Addresses within the city can make their purchases?

I believe limiting Ips is not a good idea. Perhaps the best solution is to make it clear in the delivery layout only in the city and to use some kind of filter by zip code. If the delivery code is outside the coverage area, the system informs you that the order can not be completed.

Find out what the city's "zip code" is.
