How to access the internal android folders using the cmd CD command.

This is not possible

but you can access the android folders through the Explorer, starting a service FTP on the Android device.

I recommend using this app: link

When you open the app, go to "Access from a PC" then click on Start, an ftp link will appear on the screen

Then go to the windows run menu and type "explorer" give a space and paste the ftp link and enter. there you will have access to the folders of your cell phone through PC
