Hibernate is not mapping classes

Hibernate I'm using is not automatically generating tables

My Persistence.xml file

Friend try changing the following property

<property name="hbm2ddl.auto" value="update" /> 

for

<property name="hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto" value="create"/>

Dude, in your persistence I'm not seeing the provider ...

org.hibernate.jpa.HibernatePersistenceProvider

add it and take a closer look at this link
