Power Panel, WHM and Cpanel, what are their differences?

Well, I would like to know the difference between these 3 terms, which I believe designate the level of access to the server resources, for me, WHM is related to the management of server accounts,

Cpanel would be the control panel of the server resources offered to the specific domain.

Power Panel would be the resources of the machine itself, as if it were administration of the server at the highest level, being able to reboot the machine for example.

Am I right, are there more examples of applying these terms?
