Unwanted white space CSS

I'm doing an outdoor activity reservation website and I'm having a problem with CSS.

In my document there always appears a blank part below the image, I do not understand why.

And another thing: in the comments I would like that when someone comments, so as not to damage the layout of the page, I would like the comments area to have a scroll, how do I do that?

What is generating this white space is the padding property in section : 

/*Espaço em branco em todas as seccoes*/

What you can do is remove this padding only in the post section with :not(classe da section) , if the others even need this padding: 

section:not(.section-post) {
    padding: 80px 0;
}

You must also adjust the height of the% wc that holds the image and comment divs, reducing the height by the negative margin of the image: 

<div class="row" style="height: calc(100vh - 16.3%)">

And in the% of comments% also reduce the height in .row :
