After several tests and now without knowing what to do, I decided to go to this community so you can try to help me.
I'm developing a client's website in WordPress. The address is www.marylindemuth.com.br . It is hosted on Hostinger's Premium plan. I have the site of another client hosted in Hostinger also, in the free plan, and in this other site the problem is not presenting itself.
Here's what happens: The site (Mary Lindemuth) is extremely slow, both the frontend and the backend. So, I guess it's not a problem caused by plugins or the theme, since they are not loaded when we access the WordPress administrative interface, right?
Even so, I tested out all the plugins one by one to try to identify if one of them was causing slow loading of the site. No use. I also tried to change the theme and it still did not work.
I imagined then that the problem was on the server. I contacted Hostinger and they replied that there was nothing wrong on their side and that, yes, the problem was optimizing my site and that I was probably misusing WordPress with the overuse of plugins and widgets.
However, if you access the site (have patience, because it is very slow), you will see that it is quite simple and can not be consuming so many resources. I have only 8 plugins installed and active while in other sites of other clients also hosted in Hostinger I have more than 20 plugins and the slowness does not present itself.
I'd like to ask you to help me try to identify what might be causing this slowness. I did a test with Pingdom and the load time was 60 seconds. For me, it usually takes even longer to load.
Based on your experience, what may be happening?
Thank you in advance!
