Then put it there in the tool you're using

Hue / Matrix: 346
Saturation: 31
Value / Luminosity: 79

To find out Convert the exa into Rgb and Rgb into HSV ready out these links should have programs or other sites but there it is your choice.

By logic if the color in hexadecimal of the image is the same as the background and you want to apply this color to black and white, it will be in the same background color you can use the Photoshop measuring tool to identify the color and bucket or a brush to paint.
