How do I insert a line break every 79 characters?

I'm using Notepad ++ and need to find a way (maybe a macro) to insert a line break every 79 characters. An important note is that breaking the line at the end of every 79 characters can not be done after a blank space and at the beginning of the other line can not start with white space.
