What is the best way or method of studying banks in SQL? [closed]

I need to develop a script that synchronizes a cassandra apache database with another elastic search. However, I do not know the operating mechanism of the two, which are banks in SQL. What is the fastest way to get up to speed and learn about both? They can be courses, handouts and etc.
