What's wrong with my URLs?

I've been trying to figure out why the w3 link validator has been experiencing the following problem for a number of days:

  

Lines: 298, 323    http://www.climaxcontoseroticos.com/../perfil_publico.php?autor_perfil=dryka        Status: 400 Bad Request This is usually the sign of a malformed URL that can not be parsed by the server. Check the syntax of the link.

Please explain me simply. I'm new to the area.
