Web Pages - Show, assign and search data in an Excel file

I've created a WEB page to work as a FAQ in SharePoint 2010 . But I do not have much knowledge either in SharePoint and neither of HTML and JavaScript . I'm researching to get more knowledge about the topics. On my page I have created the form to receive the questions and also the space where the results will be shown. I need to have the questions saved in an Excel spreadsheet in SharePoint (temporary solution until I get enough knowledge to make a more sophisticated and correct solution).

Subsequently, when the questions have been answered, of course, I need to research these questions and show them on the screen to the user. Like I said, I have little knowledge of the subject.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

NOTE: If anyone knows of an online course of JavaScript , HTML , JSON and CSS for beginners and can share the link here I would greatly appreciate it.
