I'm having a problem sending my Windows 10 application to the store. The tool that executes after giving the deploy of the app, gets stuck in "cut after suspending Direct3D" and "UTF 8 encoding", someone has gone through this, what should I do?

Well, the error was on my machine. Comodo Anti-virus was blocking the certification process. Even with it totally disabled, I was not able to do this step. So I had to completely uninstall it to do this step. Thanks to everyone who has read and thought about how to solve this.
