get listview values after clicking the MenuFlyoutItem

How to get the values of a listview done on windowsphone 8.1 after clicking on a MenuFlyoutItem. Example I have a listview with id, name and phone after holding the list to appear MenuFlyoutItem I want to click on a menu option and know the id, name and phone values of that selected line.
