Configure site in IIS 7. Do not start the site

I created a website called TestePDF. I gave this alias to him: testepdf. I created a directory and set it as virtual dir (C: \ wwwroot \ TestPDF). In the application pool I switched to classic and the .NET version from 2.0 to 4.0, although using 4.5, but it was the only option there was. When I call in the testepdf / URL, it gives the saw:

This webpage is not available (chrome)

On Connect As , I did the following: Application user (pass-through authentication) Even so, the site does not work. How do I get it to work.

I followed the following tutorials:

By the tutorials above, I could not make it work.

In my settings editor it looks like this: (Default icons do not appear)

1 - You can not have two pages active at the same time on the same port. 2 - The page it reads as default is index.html, so creating a website without it will not work, ie rename your index. 3 - If you put the folder in inetpub and worked, it was probably some permission error in IIS to access the folder. As a test page do the following: In the manager of your site, on the right side under Actions, find the Basic Settings option.

Onthescreenthatwillopenclickon"Test Settings". If the problem is folder permission, an alert appears in Authorization. In this case you have two options: change the permission of the folder so that the IIS user has access or define that the connection will be made using your user. If you want the second option, just go back to the previous screen and select "Connect as".
