The problem is not how to do it. But I can not do everything because the Reporting that brings the report viewer to report design does not appear, I've tried to find it in several ways but it does not seem to have this in my ultimate VS2013. Do I have to download something to have the reporting?

Have you tried using ExportToHttpResponse(ExportFormatType.PortableDocFormat, Response, false,"rel.pdf"); ?
When I was not able to use the view and generated a report in pdf itself.

Try to create a Class Library project and create a .rdlc in it and open it.
For some reason, MVC projects do not recognize the visual editor of .rdlc files.
