Error in Enable-Migrations in EF5 with MySql

I have a problem in my project, when trying to enable Migrations in the project it generates an exception as below:

I am using VS2015, EF5 and MySql 6.7.9.0, it even adds the Migration configuration file but has this error and does not allow to create migrations or to give update in the bank.
