I recently installed SQL Server Express 2016 on my machine with Windows 10 .
After a while I noticed that 13 new entries appeared in SQLEXPRESS NN format / em>, where NN ranges from 01 to 13.

Can anyone tell me what this means? In the management of Windows users I did not find anything about it.
Important note: I have not added any users in SQL Server , in addition to sa created in the installation.
