Two sites in one domain [closed]

Hello, I would like to develop two sites, one of them institutional and the other a virtual store. But I'd like to use the same domain. I think it will look like this: When someone writes www.mysite.com , it will automatically be redirected to www.mysite.com/institutional . (I wish that when she enters it she will be redirected to the institutional), and in the institutional there will be links for the person to go to the store that there the home of the store will be: www.mysite.com / home . Soon there will be nothing on www.mysite.com. Home I wonder if both the www.mysite.com/institutional and www.mysite.com/love sites will appear in Google's SEO, being that these are from the same domain. And what would be the possible solutions to my problem. Note: The site of the store will be magento and will be in the root folder, and the institutional is a subdirectory that will use wordpress.
