I need to be an updated list, with all car models, sorted by brand.

I'm developing a classified site and I need this for filtering results.

Is there an agency or agency that provides this?

It's hard to find people or companies who really want to provide this information, however I know the CarQuery that is an easy-to-use JSON based API for retrieving detailed car and truck information, including year, make, model, trim and other specifications.

As nothing is free in this world, you may have to unpack some moneys to use it depending on the intent and purpose of your project.

There is also automotive-model-year-data but 2014, and really maybe, I say maybe, it will not be updated because of the cost to keep this information.
