I'm trying to start the Java emulator for mobile devices, but when I start it directly from its executable, it has a black screen. Then in the system tray, the device-manager icon appears that even allows me to click on it and access its options until it, from nowhere, disappears. The black screen of the emulator stays for a few moments and closes itself as well. This happens with all versions above 3.4
In NetBeans, I can not add this JAVA ME platform because NetBeans does not detect the emulator, which leads me to believe that the problem is in the device-manager.
I tried to modify the .properties file inside the emulator folder, I already configured the access to the firewall ports, I performed several other procedures, including installing different versions of JDK (I use Windows 10 x64 system and I changed the JDK x64 for x86, yet no positive results).
Does anyone know of any way to make the emulator work?
