My blog has the tweet button that works normally just like any other: it gets the page title and URL via the date: post.title / data: post.url, respectively. The problem is that a few days ago, I added a # and the number of the post in the titles. For example, the title of the text for number 129 was "Kernel" and then I changed it to "# 129 Kernel" (without the quotes) and after that, the tweet button does not read the # that is in the title of the post and nothing that comes after it. I realized that if I replace # by% 23 it works perfectly, but is there any way to do this override automatically, without renaming all posts and taking # of titles?
