React-native error: does not communicate with AVD or devices

I came across the following error: my app was unable to communicate with the AVD android nor with my Device.

Both are connected and working ...

The error has been corrected with the JAVA_HOME environment variable fix. Both for user and for session. Just create and react-native find yourself communicating with the emulator
