Wordpress Multisite, website in different directory

I have a question, in the Wordpress multisite I want to know if I can create a website in a different directory.

For example the main site is in:

wordpress.omegainc.com

and the secondary site wants you to stay in

omegainc.com.br/teste/blog

Is this possible?

I tried the plugin mapping domain but I could not get exite, by what I realized it does the opposite, when accessed the subsite it directs to the domain that you want, at least that I realized.

If your main installation is in omegainc.com.br you can create the pages you want in / test / blog and customize as you prefer. So the multisite function is only for your wordpress subdomain. Now if you want 3 things totally independent of themes, plugins and configuration would have to use different installations for the root, subdomain and directory. That way it gets more semantic, it's important to consider.
