Application Delphi 10 Seatle does not open

I'm developing an application in delphi 10 seatle with bd firebird and it compiles and runs normally. But when you put it on another computer it gives an error and the address of the memory appears. If I install delphi 10 seatle on that computer the application does not open, the application normally opens the .exe, without even the need to open the project by delphi. I took a look to see if in the delphi installation he creates some files in the windows folder so that I could copy them to other machines, but unfortunately I still can not figure out the mystery.
