Fixed Freight from $ 200 on Woocommerce

I am trying to set a flat rate of 10 reais for a specific area but with a minimum order value condition for $ 200. The problem is that the customer wants this value to appear only when the value of purchase is for a minimum of R $ 200.00. For free shipping this is easy to set up, but for fixed rate there is no conditional, has anyone already set up something like this?
