Good afternoon.
I'm using TSimpleGraph to create graphs in my program. I would like to create a horizontal line through the code, choosing its position in the form. 
. I would also like it to be dotted and black. In the program that comes attached with TSimpleGraph there is a way for you to create directly in the layout, however I wanted through the code.
