I need to get the LinkedIn education, experience, and recommendations data, and I have not found a way to do this without applying to the partner program. I used the API REST implementation to get the information, but the data that really mattered me (experience, education and recommendations) is not available. I want to get only the profile that has App registered.
Is there any way I can get this information without having to apply as a partner? Is there any API substitute or any other official way of doing this?
