Is it possible to create one-to-many streaming with webRTC? [closed]

I need to develop a tool that allows one to live from a single pc to several others in a virtual room. For this I choose to use the webRTC link In a simple way I can already make the pc get the video and the audio. but I can not transmit them. Could someone give me a north?
