tl; dr: DNS redirection. User is redirected to our hosting. Googlebot ignores and indexes the original hosting.
In our hosting we place the files of the site a domain that is being taken care of by another company.
So we're having problems with indexing on Google because although we have metatags and robots.txt, nothing in NOSSA hosting is being indexed. The Google console accuses 5xx error (locked files) and displays the files of the original hosting being indexed not ours to where the user and the domain is pointing.
Some way to force Googlebot to follow this DNS redirection?
