Organize tests on GitHub, good practice?

1

I'm currently doing a search to automate and organize software testing .

In the midst of the searches I found some tools , but I believe that a new tool would not be as productive as the developers would want to get acquainted with.

But , because I did not want to have a working tool anymore, I thought about organizing the system requirements on GitHub strong> and do all the test reports there. By also organizing tags , such as test, approved, disapproved, and related tags.

Is this considered a good practice for testing? Or is it really needed another tool?
