How to recognize a phone number using grammar in xml?

1

I'm using nuance to recognize voice over calls,

I need to pick up the person's phone number to validate the registration, how to do it?

For example, if the person says 95 (ninety-five) - I am getting 90 - 5 and not the 95.

Follow test grammar:

NOTE: I put it as if it were javascript but it is an xml file.
