Questions with PlayStore rules

1

Recently (05.05.2018) my app has been suspended from playstore. That's what I got from the email.

Hi Developers at Wallace Robert,

After review, Audio Memes, com.robertoc.audiomemes, has been suspended and removed from Google Play as a policy strike because it violates the sexually explicit content policy.

Next Steps

Read through the Sexually Explicit content policy for more details and examples of policy violations.   Make sure your app complies with all policies listed in the Developer Program Policies . Remember that additional enforcement could occur if there are further policy issues with your apps.   If it's possible to bring your app into compliance, you can sign in to your Play Console and submit the policy compliant app using a new package name and a new app name.   Additional suspensions of any nature may result in the termination of your developer account, and investigation and possible termination of related Google accounts. If your account is terminated, payments will cease and Google may recover the proceeds of any past sales and / or the cost of any associated fees (such as chargebacks and transaction fees) from you.

If you've reviewed the policy and feel this suspension may have been in error, please reach out to our policy support team . One of my colleagues will get back to you within 2 business days.

Regards,

The Google Play Review Team

As you can see the reason for the suspension was the famous groan, only that there are numerous cases that it appears in the PlayStore in the form of content or even in application names. Why was mine chosen?

Probably a user complaint, as it has a NetFlix up there, anyway.

Can my application contain swearing (Writing)?

Can my app contain swearing (Audio)?

I am aware that it was sexually explicit content.

At the beginning of the app there was not so much swearing or grunting, so in app ranking I answered the questionnaire more lightly, so if I re-upar the app and put it as adult as possible these things can go through GooglPlay screen?

According to Google Developer Policies

Sexually explicit content   Apps that have or promote sexually explicit content such as pornography are not allowed. In general, content or services are not allowed for the purpose of sexual satisfaction.

Here are some examples of common violations:

  • Representations of sexual acts or sexually suggestive poses.
  •
  • Promotional images of sex toys.
  •
  • Content that portrays,   describe or encourage bestiality.
  •
  • Apps that promote   accompanying persons or other services that may be interpreted as   provision of sexual acts in return for compensation.
  •

The sound of moaning can enter this category so you should remove this type of content or dialog with Google Support to reach a consensus that allows this type of content.

You can also ask for help solving the problem.
