Is there any technique for synchronizing a structure of a SQL Server database?

I have had some problems recently in making modifications to the approval environment and for bureaucratic reasons these modifications could not be inspected in the production environment and were done wrongly, causing a delay in identifying the problem.

To avoid this I would like to know if there is any ideal way to proceed in these cases. In the specific case of SQL Server, it is possible to create a query that can compare two banks and perform the removal, addition and / or modification of fields and tables.

In this case I would just pass the query to the DB maintainer and it would run, preventing errors.
