Client side image manipulation

A challenge has arisen, I need to know how / what tools can help me create an area that I can manipulate on the client side. I need to develop a website that creates custom shirts, something like vitrinepix , I'm not that good dev front-end but I already came in mind some possibilities, canvas and javascript? Is there a library that can help me with this?
