Font size, px or pt?

6

I get the layout in PSD, I export as needed. And I make font-face when needed.

The Photoshop that I have, shows the font sizes in pt , I always applied px in CSS. I was reading this , and I saw that he treats these two measures differently. And sometimes, depending on the font used, I have problems with size. Ideally, would you measure the font used with Photoshop's crop , or something like that? and designate in pt in CSS?
