How to make google search find my site

I'm following the steps for SEO and making my website appear in google searches. The google search settings I've already done, including the site is already analyzed by google analytics but is not being found by search so I can check the site. 

 Falha na verificação para http://meuendereco.com/ usando o método Google Analytics (7 minutos atrás). A conexão com seu servidor atingiu o tempo limite.

I made all the attempts with the alternatives that appear in google search but I'm not successful.

The problem is not in Google Webmasters and Google Analytics , when testing a service that accesses other sites: link with your URL I got the following error: 

Connection timed out (110)

Basically it's the same error that the webmasters / tools presented, however when accessing your site directly it opened normal, so I assume the problem is a Firewall or even DNS , the only way to resolve it is if you have access to the server and network where your site is or you contact support from your "Hosting" for them to do the release.
