Personal I need to develop a web app with React, "it's not React Native", and it will be necessary to use the camera of the cell phone just to take a picture, is it possible with React? Are there any libs for this?

Remember that React is just a lib for you to create reactive interfaces, If the system you are using does not provide access to such a resource, is not React going to provide ok?
