I have often read the manual for using the web crawling service ( link ) and I could not figure out how to get the username and password to gain access. Please, I am trying to understand and I can not.

To access this service, the customer should:

     
  • Request from the ECT commercial area the availability of the service together with the security certificate issued by the   responsible authority;
    •   
  • Receive, from the business area, authorization to run the application, along with a user ID and password   connection;
