Error publishing to the AppStore

I put all the data in iTunes Connect but there is an error in the screenshot part. I already have an image for 3,5" , 4" , 4,7" , 5,5" and iPad with the sizes informed on the site. However, the error always appears:

There are three possible solutions:

  • Browser Incompatibility : try another browser, for example Firefox
  • File Problems : Open the screenshots with Preview and save as a new file .
  • Formatting Issues : Ensure images with at least 72 dpi , RGB in .jpeg , .jpg , .tif ,. tiff , or .png .
    •   

    Images should be at least 72 dpi, in the RGB color space, and the file should be .jpeg, .jpg, .tif, .tiff, or .png.

    Important : If your application is found, forget to check the 2 and 3 steps for all localized versions.
