I wanted to get into the program window using tkinter, it would be possible to use a Scrollbar to look for more items in the window so that it does not have its limited height, so you can drag the scrollbar down (Vertical Only) to find more items in the window. window

I have already created the Scrollbar but I do not know who to assign

In tkinter, frames can not be scrolled. The solution is to create a Canvas and put another frame inside it.

This JanelaRolavel class is a Frame that contains a Canvas with another Frame inside. Just put your objects in this "subframe" (which is in the .conteudo attribute) and they will be scrollable:
