JWT and Identity MVC 5

I'm looking for how to use both (JWT with Identity MVC 5), but I do not find anything about it, I only found it for Identity .Net Core 2, this is not good for me because the application was already created in MVC 5. Someone Do you know if this is possible? Or really just the .Net core 2? Thanks
