How do I restrict access to some WordPress plugins?

I'm creating a site in WordPress , but it has some plugins that even though they are logged in as autor , plugins appear on the menu in WP.

Is there a plugin for wordpress that allows me to restrict user access to certain plugins? I already researched a lot on the internet and found nothing useful.

There are some plugins to do this and even manually, however with a plugin it's cool to keep track. In case one that is quite simple and complete is the Adminimize .
