How much to charge on a site? [closed]

Much is said about how to develop a web application, a website or even an e-commerce. But one question I think most developers have is, "How much should I charge for this site?" Home How much should I charge on an institutional site? What about an e-commerce? What about a web application? Home Is there a calculation I should do before setting a value to be charged?
And the famous maintenance? How do I do it and how much would I pay?

Summarizing

I know that there are many different questions, but following this line of reasoning I ask:

How do I charge a website or a web application from my client?

A simple formula:

  • precoMinimo = know the minimum you need (your personal accounts must go here)

Take the average, then take the upper middle, and start trading around. (that is, get the value 3/4 between the minimum and the maximum)

You should now induce the customer to close at a near-average price, from 1/4 to 3/4.

If you close at a low value, make up for maintenance. If it closes to a higher value, a slack for the customer in maintenance.

Remember, once the system is installed, the client gets stuck half-way to you, be- cause it's charitable at first, and try to get more from the client later.
