Error performing connection test in Visual Studio

I'm new to programming in ASP.NET, and I'm trying to connect to Visual Studio 2013 Express with SQL serves 2012 Express and I'm not getting results.

I have done the following procedures;

procedure 3.

Thepasswordiscorrect,Imadeaconnectiontestanditwasnotsuccessful.

I do not know if the connection drive is correct, see;
